Registration Guide

Your email id will be your login name so kindly use the working email id. You will receive all correspondence information on your registered e-mail id.
Email ID used once cannot be use again to create secondary login.

Step1: Click on Register Now


Step2 : Select type of user

For Indian Delegates Click Yes on Indian Resident
For Foreign Delegates Click No on Indian Resident

Step3 : Select Type of Registration:

Individual User: Select Individual
For Group/ Organisation: Select Organisation

Step4 : Fill the Basic Details

In Case of Organisation You May register Multiple user in one Form. By Default 5 delegates names may be included in the online form, and to add more delegates click on add more button.
One Representative from the group needs to be selected as Group Coordinator and his/her details need to be given in the group coordinator section.

Step5 : Click on Submit

Once the form is filled, please verify the details entered, and once done Click on Submit Button

Step6 :Successful Submission

On Successful Submission an email will be sent to your registered Emails Ids and the Login Detail is also visible for first time login at dashboard area. Kindly Note this information for future use.


Step7 : Dashboard Area


After Login Dashboard area will be visible
Dashboard area can be accessed by clicking Login on the top right Corner or clicking on the following link


Step8 : Make Payment

User can make payment in two ways
1) Online
2) Offline



Payment can be done using Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking

After successful payment a welcome mail will be sent with a payment receipt having an unique Conclave id/ bar code, which will be used for scanning at the Registration counters on 7th Aug, and issuing Delegate badge, Conclave kit, Lunch coupons for two days and Gala Dinner with Cultural program (optional)


For Offline Payment Process
Offline Payment can be made in two ways


2) Demand Draft


Once you make the payment via NEFT or Demand Draft fill up the details below the form


After Submitting the details kindly send the Demand draft along with the Registration form printout via post on following address:

The details entered in the above window will be verified by the QCI Representative and if OK the user will receive the Welcome mail with the payment receipt, from the dashboard panel.
